振替公演再延期のお知らせ - REPOSTPONEMENT -

6/15(火)大阪、6/16(水)東京での開催を予定していましたルイ・トムリンソン2020年5月公演の振替公演は、新型コロナウィルス感染症による国内外での感染拡大を受け、ワールドツアー全体の再延期に伴いやむを得ず日本公演も再度延期とさせて頂きます。

現在、振替公演の日程を2022年開催で調整を進めています。
すでにご購入いただいたチケットは振替公演でも有効となる予定ですが、 払い戻しをご希望のお客様には、振替日程発表の際に払い戻し詳細を合わせてご案内をさせて頂きます。
恐れ入りますが再振替日程の発表まで今しばらくお待ちくださいます様宜しくお願い申し上げます。

We regret to announce that Louis Tomlinson World Tour is now postponed. Japan shows as parts of the world tour dates, which had been rescheduled previously for June 15th in Osaka and June 16th in Tokyo, have now been confirmed to be re-postponed due to the ongoing threat of the Coronavirus in worldwide.
Currently, we are working on rescheduling the dates in next year. Purchased tickets for the original dates will be valid for the rescheduled dates. However, for those customers who wish to receive a refund, we will announce the details of the refund process shortly with new show dates information.

We deeply apologize to all parties concerned especially those customers who bought tickets and have been looking forward to the artist’s shows.

Due to COVID-19 spread around the world, LOUIS TOMLINSON World Tour 2020 has been postponed.
His Japan dates in April through May have been rescheduled to June　2021.
For the new June 2021 dates for both Osaka and Tokyo, your April/May 2020 tickets will be honored at rescheduled dates.
When you cannot make it to the new 2021 date, please proceed to get your refund during the period stated in our Louis’ tour page.

Announcement regarding ticket refund procedure
We are announcing ticket refund procedure for LOUIS TOMLINSON April&May 2020.
Although we are continuously discussing about rescheduling the tour with the artist, it's been taking time considering the artist's situations in the midst of COVID-19.

We would love to have the ticket holders to hold on to their tickets until the rescheduled dates to be announced, however it is understandable that some of the customers would prefer to go ahead and proceed with the refund.

Please note that we will have refund window again once the rescheduled dates are announced for those who could not make it to the new dates.

大阪公演は開催会場の変更に伴い、お手持ちのチケットを一旦すべて払い戻しとさせて頂き、 改めて新規日程のチケットを販売させて頂きます。

東京公演はお手持ちのチケットは新規日程で有効となります。
新規日程にご都合がつかない客様にはお買い求めいただいたプレイガイドにて払い戻しを致します。

＜Osaka venue＞
For the new October date for Osaka, we could not secure the same venue from May, and we are sorry but we have to ask Osaka date ticket holders to please proceed to get your refund during the period stated in our Louis’ tour page. Your Osaka tickets for May will NOT be valid at the new Osaka venue in October.
Please refer to the ticket details for the new Osaka show to be held in October.

＜Tokyo venue＞
For the new October date for Tokyo, we secured the same venue from April, and therefore your April tickets will be honored at rescheduled date in October.
When you cannot make it to the new October date, please proceed to get your refund during the period stated in our Louis’ tour page.
