Announcement of Trooper Festival postponement
Hi everyone, this is a message from Tetsu Miyamoto of Trooper Entertainment.
I apologize that we haven’t been able to provide the updates on Trooper 10th Anniversary Festival that was originally scheduled to be held on September 22nd 2020.
Today, I have to announce that I have made a difficult decision for the festival to be postponed, considering the international artists’ visa situation due to the government’s border enforcement measures which seems unlikely to be lifted anytime soon, as well as the recent rise of the Coronavirus cases in Japan.
I understand that this decision had to be made much earlier, however everyone including the artists and staff were so eager to somehow make this festival happen, and as I witness their passion I wanted to wait until the very last minute for a good news to come or a possible solution of hosting this event, that I couldn’t have brought myself to accept this ultimate decision of cancelling the date until now.
I am sorry I have allowed the hope of the September festival to linger for quite a long time.
I am announcing the postponement today, but I promise you that this festival is happening, and I will be seeing you at the festival venue!!
Blast Kasumigaseki with heavy bangers!
See you then!
