※Refunds cannot be accepted on the day of ticketing. Please note that refunds will be available from 10:00 AM on the next day of ticketing.
※Please note that we are not able to give a refund if the ticket stub has been separated.

Those who purchased tickets at LAWSON TICKET

Refund Period:Tue 10 Mar, 2020 10:00 AM ~ Thu 30 Apr, 2020 11:59 PM

If you wish to get a refund, please print your ticket at your local LAWSON or MINISTOP store first and then proceed to apply for a refund on Loppi ticket machine at the same store the tickets were issued.

[Handling fees]
Handling fee will also be refunded.
Fees subject to refund are Pre-sale service fee, in-store ticketing fee and system usage fee (Shipping fees are not refundable).
At the time of refund, you will need the handling fee tickets which was issued with your tickets.
Please note that refund will not be possible if you have lost or disposed your tickets and handling fee tickets.
