Fees subject to refund are Pre-sale service fee, in-store ticketing fee and system usage fee (Shipping fees are not refundable).
At the time of refund, you will need the handling fee tickets which was issued with your tickets.

We will cancel the charge that was made to the credit card used in purchasing the tickets.
No action is needed from the customers' end.
