▼Tickets purchased and printed at PIA / Family Mart stores
Refund is available only at the store you purchased/printed your ticket. Please bring your ticket to the store.
(The name of the store you purchased the ticket from is printed in the left bottome of the ticket)

Please choose the ticket from the ticket list on the Cloak and proceed the appropriate refund process within the set period.
▼Tickets purchased and printed or delivery orderd at Seven-Eleven
Due to the system complication, those tickets issued at Seven-Eleven stores cannot be refunded at the stores
(1) upon the closing of refund period, it will take 3~4 weeks until you receive Post-Office Cheque (=郵便振替払出証書). Please understand it is a busy season due to so many refund process taking place, that it is taking longer than usual. The Cheque will arrived at you in a green envelope from 郵便貯金事務センター, which you will take to your nearest post office with your ID, to cash.
(2) the only person to claim and receive the refund is the actual purchaser of the tickets. No substitutes allowed in the process.
(3) We will not refund for lost tickets, and/or tickets lost in mail by sending it to us other than the prescribed postal methods mentioned above.
(4) only the valid tickets (not torn or ripped) are acceptable to proceed to refund.
《To send your tickets》
Please send your ticket to the address below and please do use these Post Office services, either Tokutei Kiroku Yubin (=特定記録郵便), or Kan-I-Kakitome (簡易書留). Or Takuhaibin (=宅配便) available at convenience stores.

People who have purchased tickets on the English Page:
We will cancel the payment made by the credit card. There are no necessary procedures or actions needed.
※It may take 2 to 3 months for refunds to be made. Please contact your credit company for further details as to when the refund will be made.
