Please make sure the tickets will arrive to us by Fri 31 Jul,2020, then we will send you post office money-order (=郵便振替払出証書) issued by post office, which will arrive to you within 2 months from July 31st 2020. The money order (= 郵便為替払出証書) you will receive will be made out to your name, in a green envelope with a sender specified as "郵便貯金事務センター (= roughly translated as "Post Office Savings Admin Center"). Please take the envelope to the nearest post office with your identification, to cash the money order.
