[Handling fees]
Handling fees (Pre-sale service fee, in-store ticketing fee and system usage fee) will also be refunded.

Please take the ticket for the show to the convenience store you issued your ticket within the refund period and tell the shop staff at the cashier that you would like to get a refund due to the cancellation. Please show the staff the ticket and you will be refunded in cash.
